Monthly View
The calendar gives you an at-a-glance view of your training history — which days you trained, what you did, and how much volume each session delivered.
The calendar grid
A standard monthly calendar with workout indicators on days you trained:
- Filled dots mark days with completed workouts
- Workout names appear in each cell (e.g., "Push A", "Legs")
- Color intensity reflects training volume — lighter for easy days, darker for high-volume sessions
Volume color coding

"Effective sets" uses HyperIron's muscle activation model — a set of bench press counts as 1.0 chest, 0.6 triceps, and 0.4 front delts. The color reflects the sum across all muscles.
Navigation
- Arrow buttons to move between months
- Today button to jump back to the current month
- Tap a day to see the workout detail or view volume stats for that day
Multiple workouts per day
If you trained twice in one day (e.g., AM and PM sessions), both workouts appear in the day cell with labels.
What you can learn
Glancing at the calendar tells you:
- Training consistency — Are you hitting your planned frequency?
- Volume distribution — Are some weeks much harder than others?
- Patterns — Do you tend to skip certain days of the week?
- Recovery gaps — How many rest days between sessions?
