What Claude cannot do
- Delete data — Claude can add and modify but not delete workouts, programs, or exercises
- Access other users' data — Only your account, only when you're in conversation
- Make changes without telling you — Claude always describes what it's doing before using a tool
- Override your decisions — Suggestions are suggestions. Claude won't change your program unless you ask.
Combining actions
Claude can chain multiple actions in a single conversation. For example:
- Read your current program
- Analyze your progress data
- Suggest modifications
- Apply the changes (with your approval)
This makes complex programming tasks conversational rather than requiring you to navigate multiple screens.
