Welcome to HyperIron
Most workout apps are digital notebooks — you type in numbers, they store them. HyperIron is different. It's an intelligent training platform that builds your programs, computes your progression, tracks every detail of your equipment, and knows exactly how much volume each muscle is getting.
AI-Powered Coaching
Describe your goals in plain English and get a complete training program in seconds. No more spending 30 minutes clicking through menus and searching exercises. Claude can also research programs online, answer training questions, and act as a sounding board when you're planning your next mesocycle.
Real Volume Per Muscle
Bench press counts as 4 chest sets but only 2.4 tricep sets. HyperIron uses percentage-based muscle activation to show your actual training volume per muscle group — not naive set counting that treats every compound the same.
Track Any Equipment
Save your machine settings, band tensions, cable pin positions, kettlebell profiles, and bench angles. Set them up once, then log in two taps. No other app tracks this.
Auto-Progression
Weight, reps, and volume targets are computed for you each week. Rate your fatigue after each session and the app adjusts next week's plan — more volume when you're recovering well, less when you're not.
Track Everything
10 resistance types (barbells, bands, bodyweight, cables, machines, and more), 7 set types (drop sets, myo-reps, rest-pause, and others), tempo, partial reps — log your training exactly as you do it.
Mobile & Offline
Take HyperIron to the gym. The mobile app works without signal and syncs automatically when you're back online.
How it works
- Build a program — Create one yourself or describe what you want to Claude and get a complete mesocycle in seconds
- Show up and lift — Each week, HyperIron computes your exact weight, rep, and set targets based on your progression settings
- Rate your fatigue — After each session, tell the app how recovered you feel
- Auto-adjust — Next week's volume goes up or down based on your feedback, keeping you in the sweet spot between undertraining and overtraining
